Distinguished Senator Patrick Abba Moro, Senate Minority Leader and the Senator representing Benue Zone C
Distinguished Senator Patrick Abba Moro, Senate Minority Leader and the Senator representing Benue Zone C in the red chamber of Nigeria’s National Assembly, has eulogized the life and times spent on earth by the late Ad’Idoma of Plateau State and Chairman of Ad’Idomas nationwide, Chief (Barr) Leonard Agbo Adejoh, who joined his ancestors recently. Speaking at his wake-keeping ceremony on the 16th day of April, the Senator recalled the alluring lifestyle of Chief, Barr Adejoh which endeared him to all who knew him closely at personal or official levels. He spoke passionately about the whole hearted way with which Chief Barr Adejoh treated all individuals and groups who resorted to him for all forms of life’s difficulties both on the homeland where they both grew up, through to his years as an officer of the Nigerian Air Force, his professional life as a Lawyer and as a Cultural leader who presided over meetings whose eventual decisions touched on the lives of many. He appealed to members of the public present at the event to emulate the life principles of the departed leader.

The distinguished Senator made a huge material contribution to the cost of the burial. He also passionately prayed for God to grant members of the late Chief’s family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss while urging them to continue to carry the torchlight of integrity their departed father bore with dignity.
Responding on behalf of Idoma Community Development Association on the Plateau, and the bereaved family, the Patron of the Association, Pa Emmanuel Ejaidu praised the legendary humility the distinguished Senator had again demonstrated to the world through his personally gracing the event instead of waiting for the burial train in the comfort of his home in the homeland. The Alapa to the late Ad’Idoma, Barr John Musa and former president of Idoma Community Development Association On the Plateau, Pastor Innocent Akor all spoke to the admirable lifestyle of the late Ad’Idoma and the courage all members of the public should draw from the distinguished Senator’s personal presence at the event in view of the Senator’s recent losses to the cold hands of death.

Others present at the event were the Tor Tiv of Jos, the Onu of Igala, the Ada Igede of Jos and leaders of Idoma Youths on the Plateau as well a multitude of visitors from all parts of the nation
